Not me!ĮTA: Just reached out again to their customer care "Pam" who refuses to send an email to me confirming my refund, even though two reviews down their own company agent says a cancellation email is required to get a refund, which "Pam" is refusing to send, even though I've shown her the comment below. I have never cancelled a service so fast. And her response was the equivalent of, "Ok, sure, whatever you say." I shared a screencap of the deceptive pricing and said, hey it's not my confusion, it's literally deceptive advertisement: it shows what my monthly rate is but charged me for 2.3 years! What's the point of sharing that info if that's not how you're charged? It's ludicrous. I reached out to customer care immediately whose attitude was like, yea sorry for the confusion. I’ll never know if their service has improved in the past several years, but I cancelled my plan straight out of the gate because they advertise a monthly plan, underneath it share the 2-year plan cost, and at checkout? Surprise! You're charged upfront for the entire 2 years. ![]()
